Payment Policy

Payments can be made through a credit card or a check.  Checks should be made payable to Goodman Theatre. A deposit in the amount of 50% of the total sale is due 30 days following receipt of the invoice; the second deposit is due six weeks prior to performance date, depending on the date the order is placed.  There are no refunds or exchanges on group tickets under any circumstances.  You may add group tickets based on availability.

All Sales Are Final

There are no refunds or exchanges, except in the event that unforeseen circumstances cause the performance to be cancelled. Ticket availability for selected date of performance not guaranteed until confirmed.
